I was excited to try the plank, and at first glance it seemed like it could be a useful purchase. Unfortunately, it showed up later than promised, and when I reached out to support, it took days to get a response. Once it finally arrived, the quality felt cheaper than I expected, which was disappointing. I do appreciate that the product concept is good, but based on my experience, I probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

I really wasn’t expecting these planks to sound so hollow and loud when you walk on them. After putting in the effort to get everything installed, it’s frustrating to have the floor make that much noise underfoot. Definitely not what I was hoping for

I thought installing this would be a quick little project, but wow, it turned into an absolute ordeal. The box showed up half crushed, which immediately made me worry about what I’d find inside. The planks had barely any protection, just a thin wrap, and a couple of the corners were chipped. For the price, I really expected safer, sturdier packaging. I’m not even sure if the damage happened during shipping or before it was sent out, and that uncertainty doesn’t give me much confidence. Customer service did ask for photos, but it felt like one more hassle to deal with. I wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve how they pack these.

I really didn’t like how this felt. The surface is rough and kind of plasticky, and it’s just not comfortable under your feet. I was expecting something smoother, so it was frustrating to put it down and immediately feel like it was cheap. I don’t have much patience for stuff that feels this off right away...

To be fair, it might work fine for some people, but I just didn’t feel very stable walking on it. It felt way too wobbly underfoot for my comfort.

There were barely any updates too, so I kept having to check on it myself, which got annoying. Not really sure I’d order again if that’s how it usually goes.

I thought this would handle a little water, but for some reason it swelled up really fast. Definitely not what I’d call water resistant

Pretty disappointed with this order. Every plank showed up damaged, so I couldn’t even use them as planned. It feels like they were more focused on getting the sale than making sure the product was actually in good condition before shipping it out

I ordered what looked like a warm oak color in the pictures, but what showed up was much more gray and dull. It really doesn’t match the photos at all. I’m disappointed because now I’m stuck with it, and I’m a little suspicious there might be extra fees or hassle if I try to return it, so I’m not even sure it’s worth dealing with
